Fr. Erathara Antony (INC) New National Delegate for Social Communications

Abroad, Jun. 21. Fr. Erathara Antony (E.J) of the Kolkata Salesian Province has been appointed as the new National Delegate for Social Communications. This was made public on June 21, 2012 in the animation letter from Fr Filiberto Gonzalez - General Councillor for Social Communications.
Fr. E.J. Antony succeeds the former national delegate Fr. Glorious Steve of the Chennai Province.

Fr Antony aged 55, is a recent Communications Studies graduate from Elon University - North Carolina, USA. Currently he is at Nitika Don Bosco - Kolkata, where he was earlier Rector and Director for six years.

Fr. Antony also has an MA in Religious Education from the Salesian Pontifical University, Rome. He has also served as provincial secretary and editor of Kolkata Salesian News for several years.
