Sharpening the axe is essential to the work of the Wood cutter. The teachers of Don Bosco School, Ghanaur, Punjab had four days of English coaching programme conducted by Father Aneesh Chacko and one day of Teacher Effectiveness Development Programme (TED 2019) by Fr. Babu Varghese. The English coaching programme was held from 1-4 July,2019 and TED 2019 was held on 5th July,2019. Shillong: The two day North-East India Archive Summit was successfully held on the 19th and 20th of July at St. Anthony's College at Shillong. Organised by the Department of Mass Media, the summit commenced with an inauguration program that included the Principal, Rev. Brother Dr. Albert L. Dkhar's address and a presentation by Prof. Nathaniel N. Majaw, Project Director of The North East Archive, highlighting the importance of the yet to be launched North East India Archive. Marking the 25th year of commendable intervention through BOSCOM the communication arm of the Salesians Provincials Conference of South Asia (SPCSA) the governing body members met at Don Bosco Provincial House, Chennai for two days of animation and planning from 19th to 20th July, 2019.
