DBCE win Goa University Strong Man contest

Konkan, Sep. 14. Don Bosco College of Engineering (DBCE) clinched the double title by winning the Powerlifting championship and Best Physique Competition organized by the Goa University recently.

In the Power Lifting sport, DBCE students  Rajat Chipar (66 kg category), Kaviraj Rane (74 kg Category) and Pranav Khedekar (105 kg Category) secured Gold medals.  Allson Dias (74 kg category) won Silver medal and Yash Shikant Ajgaonkar (102 kg category) won the Bronze medal.

Rajat Chipar was adjudged as the Goa University Strong Man in the best physique sport in the 65 kg category, winning the Gold medal.  He was also adjudged as Goa University Shri.
