A Salesian Gana Gandharvan secures Second Rank in MA Music!

Bangalore, Oct. 6. Fr. Anamthuruthil Yashin, Salesian priest from the Province of Bangalore, has secured Second Rank from Mahatma Gandhi University for his MA in Vocal Music. He just missed the first rank by one percent! In 2003 he had graduated in Music with a Third Rank from the same University.

Fr. Yashin who is a member of Don Bosco, Vennala community, has been using his vocal talent in many platforms from the time of his early formation.

The community basically promotes cultural arts, both fine arts and performing arts, to communicate the Gospel through media and art.

Incidentally Fr. Yashin holds also a Diploma in Gana Bhushan.
